Who We Are
SOFSON Nigeria is a youth-focused career guidance and development organization committed to helping students move from confusion to clarity, confidence, and direction.
We work primarily with secondary school students, partnering with public and private schools, communities, and institutions to deliver structured career awareness and guidance programs that are practical, engaging, and age-appropriate.
Our work focuses on early intervention — helping students understand who they are and what they can become before critical academic and career decisions are made.
